ANDRAGOGY
Action Learning Cycle is a concept, propounded by David Kolb forms the basis of our learning and development initiatives. We provide a platform to participants to perform as individuals, teams and group and in the process learn from their action/experience which are processed by the faculty to make it relevant to their work place. Our learning modules therefore have been developed after understanding and analyzing the contemporary environment and emphasize on contribution of individuals in enhancing the organizational performance.
