Terms & Conditions for Outside Vendors
To ensure smooth execution of weddings and events while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of DERRA Camp, the following guidelines apply to all outside vendors.
Prior Approval
All outside vendors including decorators, caterers, DJ, photographers, planners, and tentage must be approved by DERRA Camp management in advance.
Vendor Coordination Charges
A vendor coordination / venue usage charge may apply for outside vendors depending on the scale of the event.
Property Claim / Damages
Any damage to the lawns, cottages, electrical fittings or common areas caused by vendors will be chargeable to the client.
Power and Equipment
Usage of high-load electrical equipment or generators must be declared in advance and is subject to approval.
Lawns & Structure Protection
Drilling, nailing or having a permanent structure is not allowed without written permission.
Sound & Music Regulations
Music must comply with local authority norms. DERRA Camp reserves the rights to control volume and timing.
Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during and after the event. Additional cleaning charges may apply if required.
Catering Guidelines
Outside caterers must follow hygiene and safety standards and operate duly in designated areas.
Vendor Timing and Access
Setup and dismantling timing will be decided by the management. Late night or early morning access requires prior approval.
Management Rights
DERRA Camp management reserves the rights to intervene or restrict vendor activity if guidelines are not followed.
